Keith,
There is massive distance between agreeing that a problem is urgent and
agreeing that a particular technical path is the best solution.
Jumping to assert the correctness of a particular solution has proved
problematic, here. That is why I am suggesting a series of SMALL decision
steps, starting with one that is focussed on the anture problem and not the
solution. Getting agreements about the problem are necessary before people
can agree on the choice of solution.
