Nope, of course it is not. It may not even be relevant to the work we do
here since it is a commerical testbed and we should not let it drive our
work. But still, it is unnerving.
OTOH, it is comforting to know there is a "Section C of Appendix K" of
some agreement which bind them. :-) I am obviously not a lawyer so I
have to presume it is air-tied (unlike the one they did in 98).
Anyhow, it is a side-topic which as we agree it may not be relevant. Let
not dwell on this.
