Mark Andrews, could you comment on this issue?
There are other concerns. Delegation can only be made to a server that is
capable of handling the zone data, for example, which may present certain
operational challenges. Clients have to be able to deal with rich data is
another (what format should URLs be in, for example?), although most of
that can be worked out in specific WGs).
