arch-2 had been proposed in the WG, and the original idea for the
comparison document was to cover all the proposals. Now that the
number of proposals is huge, and the fact that many of the
most-talked-about proposals don't have active Internet Drafts, and
the fact that I have become a proponent of one of the solutions, and
the fact that no one commented on the comparision document, I have
given up on the document. The WG chairs may want to get someone who
is neutral to keep it alive, but I'm not sure it is still useful.
