If you think that a UTF8 resolver interface is helpful, why then do we not
go one step further to layout a plan for UTF8 to be used on the dns as well?
How would the wait benefit us? We are in a DNS WG, we are talking about IDN
and we are supposed to explore protocol extensions too. I do not disagree
that IDNA is not a good start, but should we not go a few steps more to
layout a plan that would take us through IDNA(ACE) and into UTF8 eventually?
