1) Not try to do any business in Greece with this (either way),
    or in any region where Cyrillic is used (at least until IDNs
    are deployed widely enough).
2) Use an appropriate equivalent to .com for disambiguation.
3) Disallow all combinations of any of the three letters only.

Probably 1) or 2) are easier than 3).
2) will take quite some time.
