the draft was written after we had already established the IDN WG's name.
It would be logical to call Ï.com an Internationalized Host Name, and
_ldap._tcp.Ï.com an Internationalized Domain Name, but at the time,
changing the definition of an IDN that most people in the group had in
their minds didn't seem worth it.
This may have been a mistake.
