Re: [idn] opting out of SC/TC equivalence



Some participants suggest we need to recover the pre-normalization/pre-folding
characters from folded domains for various reasons (political or aesthetical).
Do we really support this need in nameprep and uniprep contexts?

IMHO,under current version of "light-weight" nameprep, we don't need do that.

But for future heavier uniprep( or nameprep ) that includes SC/TC mappings,
i am sure we should devise some mechanisms (in DNS scope or out of DNS scope)
to recover the pre-normalization forms.
