           The major confusing of CJK  characters can not be solved
especially in gTLD but not in ccTLD. May we suggest the time limitation and
incompleteness of IDN work , so Multilingual.com should not be delivered. It
is too difficult to solve the confliction without local policy and language
related ccTLD as the implicit tag.
           Althout this is not a good method now, but it will not produce
more troubles. The postponding or not do wrong thing is important.
