That is the requirement, and we can make a new 
architecture proposal, and let Latin script go 
forward for ML.com in a timely maner, and let
CJK works on their own Tagged conversion,
reversion, display, and TC/SC procedures. 
The proposed architecture has no conflict with
the work already done in this group.

Anyway, you CAN deliever this ML.com and chuck
our input .  The world is not going to stop without
any of us.
