I have heard claims of mixing SC and TC from Basis Technology too, but upon
close examination it turned out to be a false alarm. I have never seen "genuine"
SC mixed with "genuine" TC, unless it is in linguistic discussions. I would
like to see actual examples if someone has some. 

It is easy to misjudge this and may requires a deep understanding of the issues.
Keep in mind that many SC charcaters are historically TC abbreviations that 
are often used in proper nouns.  It is also necessary to underastand exactly 
what "SC" and "TC" actually refer to (discussed in detail in my paper.
