I haven't been following the discussion lately by TC/SC caught my eye. I am very curious 
about who is doing this work because for  the last five years we have engaged in the development 
of the world's most comprehensive dictionary and sophisticated system for converting between 
Simplified and Traditional Chinese. I have presented  papers on this at various international 
conferences  (see http://cjk.org/cjk/c2c/c2centry.htm), and am willing to be of help if this
is possible.
