RE: [idn] call for comments for REORDERING



as a chinese i am quite happy with 8-bit clean DNS, nor have i heard TWNIC or
CNNIC registration stop due to BIG5/GB stored in the resource records. Besides,
both NIC provide resolution service, one step ahead Verisign service. 
If the discussion is based on this kind of scenario, that will be an endless loop.

These encoding are transparent to USER (NAKED EYE). Of course you should know it.
