It is already move forward for IESG action. it is technically out of the
hand of the wg. (unless the iesg bounce it back to the group) so there
is no need for a explicit milestone.

I will put a changes there tho.

Good question. As far as it stand now, only draft-ietf-idn-nameprep is
part of IDN work. draft-hoffman-stringprep is not. How it goes will
depends on the author.

I suspect only nameprep will stay within IDN group and stringprep may
remains generic or go to other wg, which may not be formed yet.
