Thank you.  However support for a concept, such as "UTF-8", is not really a 
factor in this topic.  We are trying to make progress of concrete 
specifications.

The concerns now are:

         -  what is feasible for transition with the existing DNS installed 
base,

         -  what specifications are essentially complete, and

         -  what specifications have demonstrated good working group rough 
consensus.
