digits-only label
    => label with only digits e.g. 1234

all digits-only labels hostname
    => all labels of the hostnames is digits-only label
       e.g. 1234.4567.890

it is consistent with rfc1123.

but my focus is not dn vs hn...rather idn vs ihn...
