Here we go:
[I know this _might_ be contrary to what I have said before, and what I
have written in IDNA, but this is why we have this nice discussion...]
My take is that nameprep is defining the largest possible set of codepoints
possible in a _domain_name_. Because of that, maybe nameprep is prohibiting
too many codepoints and more codepoints should be allowed.
Then, a smaller set is a _host_name_.
I don't see any need what so ever to define what the difference is between
a host name or domain name.
It is ok for me to know "the same as always". :-)
This is why I want to sit beside the discussion and watch. :-)
