Re: [idn] proposed i18n naming rules



I think there is a need to have a place for such a 
puncturation marker mapping universally, perhaps
in the layer above [nameprep], since there are 
Bidi issues and other peculiar markers which 
have to be there for the users whereever they are. 
Leaving this to locals will bound the users to 
particular servers who supports the convention.
