MS-bashing, well popular hobby, is totally irrelevant to our work.
Bring it somewhere else.

The working group is trying to focus and we need to focus our discussion
only within core interest. Yours is not. You are welcome to setup
another mailing list, design team etc and bring your discussion there
but this is wg is not a place to discuss your draft until it demostrate
core interest.

You have obviously not getting any hint about bring your draft offline.
So let me put it bruntly, as a co-chair for the working group:

Stop all discussion of your draft in this wg.

We will take appropriate action, including revoking your posting right,
if you continue to ignore this.

Incidently, I would also like to take this opportunity to remind others
that our face-to-face meeting in IETF is only 2 hours and we have a lot
of task accomplished. Therefore, we will also be quite strict in our
control of timing so if you take the mike, keep your comments short and
concise. Any comments outside core interest will also be asked to sit
down immediately by the co-chairs.
