Re: [idn] Future of the requirements document

Rick,

Is that your best engineering judgement, that absence of requirements is
not, in general, a technical error? Is there something self-evident about
IDN in particular that makes the absence of requirements a non-error?

I'm quite sure you feel as others do, that there is no process error. The
authors of 2026 felt that if one did, that was sufficient to afford for a
review mechanism.

As the subject was not broached to the list prior to the meeting, and was
presented as a fait-accompli, the sudden optimism that requirements are a
distraction, and progress self-illuminating and certain, is a surprise.

Each of you must be very certain of your actions, and secure in their
outcomes, and unconcerned by the possibility of error.
