Can you specify more clearly ? we all like to know what is the reference ?
In these discussion of TC/SC , case mapping , normalization
of character set , prohibition . these are all related to your draft and
you never response what is wrong or what can be improved to solve the TC/SC
problems.

To solve TC/SC only rely on registration is impossible to solve
problems of delegation and scalabilty .
You just to play the word tricky to fool others .
