At last you see the light. IDNA has one single function, which is that it
provides a backwards compatible encoding. That's it.
Supporting internationalized domain names requires that the applications,
protocols and formats, like, ADD SUPPORT FOR internationalized domain
names. A real shocker, I know!
If you want UTF-8 output treated as normal, guess what you need to use for
the normalized input form. C'mon, it should be easy.
