Nobody has said it will magically work. Supporting Unicode and UTF-8 has
taken quite a bit of effort. Some programs still need to be fixed.
But none of this is relevant to the current discussion. It is simply not
rational to respond to ``IDNA is extremely harmful and should not be
deployed'' by making claims about the merits of another proposal.
