Your waiting is only 6 months. It has been the concern for
at least last 10 years in the CJK community. It is also the
concern that many computer researchers in China have been
debated and researched during the whole 1980's. The key
of the words you may find mostly under the subject of "sorting
of Chinese characters". If there is an easy answer to it, then
we are only discussing another MIME.
If you don't believe the complexity, you are wellcomed to joint
the test run at realname.com or Verisign.com. Please follow
Tedd's pointer.
