We have incorporated some comments we received on the previous ID
which basically lead to several clarifications. One important point
was the question whether a scoped IPv6 address must always use the
InetAddressScopedIPv6 TC or if it may also use the InetAddressIPv6.
The new ID says that non-global IPv6 addresses must use the
InetAddressScopedIPv6 TC.
Please read the document and send your comments (positive or negative)
to this list so that we can resolve any left issues quickly.
