changes of draft-ops-endpoint-mib-05.txt

Here is what changed relative to draft-ops-endpoint-mib-04.txt:

- Merged the two IPv6 TCs into a single TC.

- The dns enumeration is not dns(16) which is the next unused number
in the ianaAddressFamilyNumbers TC - which I expect IANA to assign
  for DNS names.

- Added text to clarify that InetAddressType/InetAddress objects must
always show up in pairs, that they must be registered in a certain
order and that it is not allowed to "share" InetAddressType objects.

This clears all the open issues I have for this document. Bert is
checking with IANA. It is up to him to decide whether we want/can move
this document forward to IETF last call in parallel with the IANA
assignment procedure or whether we are blocked until IANA has put
things in place.

I will now start to work on a generic network address document in my
spare cycles. If anyone on this list has pointers to places where I
can find more details about the address formats that should be
supported by the generic network address document, please drop me a
note.
