I agree with your answers on the postings from Brian Zill and Glenn.
I also agree with you suggested change to the DESCRIPTION of InetAddress.
I also agree that if IPng group has now decided to use % sign as
separator between address and scopeID that we should use same character.

Seems you are awaiting one more answer from Brian.
And let us see if Brian and Gleen agree with your answers too.
If so, then it sounds like we need one more rev, and then I can
ask for IETF wide Last Call.
