MIBs that come out of the IETF are published in RFCs. When a MIB
is published in an RFC, things like page breaks and headers and footers
are added, so you need to get rid of these to get the MIB back.
There are several tools available for this job; one is "smistrip" from
the libsmi package; another one comes with SMICng. You can also see my
