Oops, I see your point.
It obviously depends on how you look at the TC. If you are used to
software which interprets display hints, the number displayed will be
volts. If you look at the number without that conversion, the value
will be in hundred's of volts. Since I am use to software which does
display hint interpretation, I was not thinking carefully enough about
cases where applications do not have this capability.
So just discard the example since it assumes that the UNITS clause is
only interpreted if the DISPLAY-HINT clause is also interpreted, which
is not necessarily true.
