Yet another opinion...
Without the mapping of the SMI into protocol, it all
seems pointless. For that reason, I'd suggest that 2571,
1906, 2572, 2574, 1905, and 2573 should be normative, since
they're all needed to shovel the bits around. The "Security
Considerations" sections effectively make 2575 a requirement,
so I'd also put it into the normative basket. (Of course, all
of these will be getting new numbers real soon now, we hope.)
1155, 1212, 1215, 1157, 1901 would be informative due to
their de facto if not official historical status.
2570 is informational, so "informative" is really the only
choice.
