You are saying here that for new user 
   indexed by engineID (length 24)

   and index by userName (lenth8)

you want to clone the info from (existing/template) user
   indexed by engineID (length 12)
      128.0.19.112.5.115.117.110.50.54.18.92
   and index by userName (lenth3) 
      3.77.68.53

Does that help?

I think your engineID for the new user is a bit strange, maybe not even valid,
I'd need to dig deeper to check.
