Thanks for providing as much as you did!  I've folded your
four points (plus a general mention of OID rather than shared
index references) into the text.  Are there any other comments?
Given the amount of controversy this topic area has generated
in the past, and haste in which this draft was cobbled
together, I had been expecting more.
