RE: future activity on ISPMON

thanks for your comments.

i think there are two ways to proceed. we can try on this 
mailing list to define a more specific charter for the BOF, 
and if there is enough traction, propose another meeting at 
the next IETF. 

otherwise, we can find a different venue for this discussion. 
probably the IRTF (and the internet measurements research group,
in particular) would be the most appropriate place.
