I went through the document. I do have two critiques.
(1) I couldn't "find" any reference to the management of user equipment.
Shouldn't there be requirements for the possible role of the mobile
stations to aid remote and distributed management of themselves,
networks and services. For example, the ability to load a new
application on the MS or dynamically change the operating parameters of
OS functions. This might be included under other topics but you may
want to specifically spelling out requirements in this area.
(2) A minor issue: the sentence in the Wireless Internet Access
Frameworks section
"MWIF is chartered with providing a developing an architecture for
cellular mobile
networks based upon IETF protocols." is awkward. You might want top
clarify. I think you want "a" as "and".
