Hi.

I have a comment on Privacy section.

This section describes the privacy of all information provided by end-users.

I think information which is not provided by end-uses can reveal user's
privacy such as location.
For example, by using "traceroute", we can know what network a user is
attached.
Then, we might guess the user's location.
