RE: Requirements
well, i was primarily talking about the "latter;" the wireless internet is
about more than a link layer.
MORE, i believe, is trying to establish a common set of requirements for the
mobile cellular operators. this set of requirements are meant to provide
insight (guidance?) for IETF activities targeting mobility solutions.
just to be picky, i'm not sure that these solution are "ip-level" only. it
seems to me that tcp implications (see pilc), mobile web intermediaries,
diameter, etc. are broader than ip-level.
