Bert,

My view is that this is an excellent idea. In spite of everones best 
efforts to make specifications clear, there is room for interpretation. 
Also different people will solve technical problems in any one of a number 
of ways.  Posting to this list is an excellent way to get peer review. 
Gets my vote.
