HI,

If we are talking about human readability, then I would say that
the IMPORTS as is in the SMI is COMPLETELY BROKEN! I'm not going
to talk more about that issue, unless this is important to someone.

On the IMPORTS for MCs and ACs, importing groups, objects, and
notifications, is totally redundant! Why do this? 
It doesn't make it easier for me.

By the way, the syntax of the MC and AC constructs are not
even valid ASN.1. So, no ASN.1 reason to do this, since we
have already diverged.
