I'm well aware that ASN.1's "ENUMERATED" type has it's own BER encoding
and set of rules. Was NEVER suggesting that.

I was just wishing that I could change time, but I can't, and just
hope that decisions in the present will not be as short-sighted as
those made in the past. It certainly feels that way on a few.
You (not Randy, but the collective you) figure them out. Think about
the consequences, both short term and long term, of the decision.
And the consequences are not "binary", but multiple choice with
probabilities with confidence intervals. Oops, there I've gone
again being too technical, but not specific again. And double
oops, I've become condescending. Sorry, on both counts. bye.
