I think we are making a little step forward as to what we had
up till SNMPv3 RFC341x series got published.
We possibly need more steps. But I do not want to make this
document to large (in fact I think it is too many pages
already... 40 pages runs the risk that people will put it
aside for later reading... )

Dave, you could also ask on the mibs or SNMPv3 mailing lists
for help. I know that security ADs and their advisors are
willing to help at least in the review process.
