Possible Addition to MIB Doctors description page

Bert,

If in forthcoming MIB reviews the MIB Doctors will be applying
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-ops-mib-review-guidelines-01.txt
to forcoming reviews order to get "running code" experience, then it
might be a good idea to add a link to that draft on the MIB Doctors
description page at http://ops.ietf.org/mib-doctors.html when time
permits (it's understood that may be a while).
