I wasn't blaming you ... on the contrary ... I was ranting at the
MIB authors and the WG chair.  The authors should _at least_ go thru
ID-nits (which tells them to compile the MIB module), and the WG
chair should make sure that they do.  Folks who can't do that, don't
deserve the reviewer's (or the AD's) time of day.
