Add to that list:

(d) adding a RECOMMENDATION to include a display hint in
    non-enumerated INTEGER TCs
(e) adding text to Appendix E suggesting a naming convention
    for extension modules 
(f) allowing revisions of labels to correct typos in BITS and
    enumerated INTEGER types
(g) adding text to state that removal of a reduntant size/range
    constraint is an editorial change
(h) adding an advisory appendix with a suggested OID layout

An e-mail messages with a proposed resolution for each of these
will follow within a day or two.

I wonder what else I missed.
