New MIB review guidelines draft now available

The latest MIB review guidelines draft is now available at

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-ops-mib-review-guidelines-02.txt

I've asked Bert to update the OPS area web pages to reflect this
fact and also to update the new pages that contain common TCs and
MIB review tools to be consistent with the -02 draft.  I'm preparing
a detailed announcement to send to the mibs@ops.ietf.org explaining
what has changed, and I will post that message as soon as the OPS
area web page updates are in place.
