MIB Doctor review pls: Agenda and Package for January 8, 2004 Tel echat

First, a happy and prosperous new year to you all!

But IESG will just continue to evaluate and review IETF documents.

So please review SNMP/MIB/NM aspects (and other aspects if you like).

I have split them again in NEW items and RETURNING items.
The latter set has already been reviewed (or was posted
for review in the past).

Thanks,
Bert
