Hi Dave,

I commented on a very early version of this MIB when I was
at Crescent Networks and my comments were so well received
that they gave me an ack :)

Also, I worked with Joe Laria (one of the co-authors) while at Crescent,
although
Joe joined the MIB effort after my comments.

The  L3 VPN working group decided to make VR and IPsec architectures
informational (Please see email archives c. May 27, 2004) and I believe that
decision means that this MIB document is informational.  However,
I don't see anything in this MIB document which clearly states that it
is informational.

If the MIB document is supposed to be informational,
would there be a review by a MIB Dr?
