Re: defining an OID for a scalar Instance

HI,

I'll look at this after I get back from an appointment
this morning. The error message is "correct", in that
registrations cannot be done. However, and OID assignment
is not a registration, and I believe shoule be valid.
But I'll have to check.

What does SMICng and smilint say when you change it to
an OBJECT-IDENTITY?
