Comments on

have been quite for a couple of months now, and it appears this is a
stable document, therefore WGLC starts NOW (June 29th) ending in 14 days
(July 13th), or when discussion of this document stops - whichever is
later.

All comments (nits, errors, suggestions, comments, approval) regarding
this ID should be directed to the TSVWG list.

The goal of this document is Standards Track, and it has already been
evaluated by the MIB folks, with suggestions incorporated.
