I think I said this earlier. Anyway here it is again

I agree with Juergen that I do not think we need a fixed (CL) rule
for this. I personally prefer if obsoleted objects were moved together
towards the end of the MIB module, but that is just a preference.
For deprecated objects... it may be better to leave them inline.
But this is all personal preference and editorial I think.
