And apologies for following up my own mail.  The aggregation issue is a
result of multihoming caused by people reanouncing (transiting the
customer AS)  more specifics of their own space (mostly as /24s), and the
customer also going to someone else and the other provider also announcing
the /24 etc.

This will be caught by the satanic filters (variants of acl112 as used by
sprintlink early on).

However, if you do not filter them, the the greatest growth as shown by
steenbergen appears to be coming from the /24s in the current routing
tables.
